Schedule for the Training Event for Freestyle Wrestling from June 2 to 16, Republic of Dagestan, Karaman Base:
Exercise at 8:00 AM
Running 3 laps, stance work for 15 minutes, hand wrestling for 5 minutes, wrestling to leg attacks for 5 minutes, leg throws, stretching exercises, pull-ups on the bar, parallel bars, jumps, snatches.
Morning training at 11:30 AM
Daily training sessions with titled athletes, Olympic champions, and an honored coach of the Russian Federation, followed by a cross-training session. Then, running on the stadium with sprints, skipping rope, and stretching exercises.

Evening training at 5:30 PM
Game session (Basketball, Football) with two halves of 15 minutes each. After the game, exercises with a skipping rope for 20 minutes, focusing on simulating throws and leg passes. Followed by a strength training session.
Rest on the base premises
Reading books, table tennis, chess games, watching patriotic movies
The cost of the training event
₽ 5000 per day
